Recruitment visa issuance through Musaned

Choose the path that applies to you and follow the steps in order. The guide below sets out the requirements, payment steps, and issuance process.

To submit a recruitment visa request, please follow these steps

Visit the Musaned website through the following link musaned.com.sa

Register a new account

The ID number will be verified through Absher services from the Ministry of Interior, so make sure you are registered with Absher first. For more details, you can visit Absher services on the Ministry of Interior website.

Fill in the basic information form

National ID number for citizens, or Iqama number for residents
First name and family name
Date of birth (Hijri)
Mobile number
City

After registering the basic information, you will receive a text message on your mobile with the Musaned activation code. Enter the activation code to complete the form and create your Musaned account.

Fill in account information

Password: enter your chosen password
Confirm password: repeat the selected password
Mobile number registered in Absher
Email: to activate the Musaned account

Password: choose a password that contains letters, numbers, and symbols

Before issuing the visa, make sure the following requirements are ready:

Are you registered with the General Organization for Social Insurance?
Employment status: according to proof of financial ability
Financial ability proof type: salary certificate from the private or government sector, or bank statement according to the allowed number of visas

How to pay visa fees through SADAD

Log in to the bank website, app, or ATM
Choose Payments
Choose Government Payments, then SADAD
Service type: Recruitment
Request: Labor visa
Operation type: Payment
Enter the employer ID number
Select the required number of visas
Pay the visa fees

The visa fee invoice is issued through SADAD and must be paid within one day for the request to proceed.

Profession: choose the domestic worker profession
Nationality: choose the domestic worker nationality
Arrival destination: choose the arrival destination by country

Proof of financial ability

Salary certificate: enter the monthly salary value from the private or government sector
Bank certificate: enter the monthly average account value from the bank certificate

Upload documents and attachments

Proof of financial ability
Family card or national ID copy

Approve the undertaking, privacy policy, terms, and conditions

Once your request is submitted, you will be notified of its status within one business day by SMS and email.
