Terms and Conditions
First: Subject Matter of the Contract
Under this contract, the first party (the recruitment company) undertakes to complete all necessary procedures for recruiting the agreed-upon domestic worker and to sign the employment contract in the country of origin. The company may delegate this responsibility to an external recruitment agency while retaining its own obligations. The company also undertakes to ensure the worker's arrival within a period not exceeding 90 days from the contract signing date.
Second: Financial Aspects
The second party (the client) undertakes to pay the agreed-upon recruitment costs through the approved electronic channels on the Musaned platform or through methods approved by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development. The contract is effective from the date of its signing.
Third: Responsibilities of the Recruitment Company
The recruitment company undertakes to notify the client 24 hours before the worker's arrival, providing flight details and arrival time, and to notify the client of the worker's arrival within 24 hours. The worker must be delivered to the client within a period not exceeding 48 hours from their arrival in the Kingdom.
Fourth: Replacement and Return
Replacement or return will be conducted in accordance with the Customer Rights and Obligations Regulations approved on the Musaned platform and by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
Fifth: Contract Cancellation
In the event of contract cancellation by the client or the company, the cancellation and refund policy will be applied according to Musaned's regulations.
Sixth: Applicable Law
This agreement is subject to the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the judicial authorities within the Kingdom shall have jurisdiction in the event of any dispute.
